Improve your paintings as you discover the key to painting water, reflections, skies and trees, in a beautiful, impressionist landscape. Learn to see and simplify your scene and create various elements of the landscape with a variety of knife strokes. We will use a combination of palette knife and brush work to achieve textural paintings with rich, luminous color. If you find your work has become too tight, the palette knife is a great way to loosen up. Even if you have never painted a landscape before, the techniques you learn will help you achieve successful results every time.

Workshop includes paints and mediums for class use, a palette knife, canvas panel, beginner booklet, color wheel, mixed media paper to experiment on and plenty of one on one attention.
